What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Coordinator—Applied Research & Equitable Evaluation, you will work as an integral member of the Applied Research & Equitable Evaluation team to provide project management and coordination, client engagement, and general administrative and research support. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing project management systems and timelines, coordinating both internal and external meetings, ensuring the smooth execution of projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, and supporting research tasks such as literature reviews and survey campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None
•    Serve as the project coordinator for multiple applied research and evaluation projects
•    Manage Smartsheet project management systems to monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
•    Support the project team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules in Smartsheet, tracking progress, and providing status updates
•    Distribute communication between project team members, clients, and partners to ensure workflow remains on schedule
•    Schedule and coordinate site visits, external meetings, and conferences
•    Draft correspondence with clients and partners
•    Facilitate and participate in meetings as appropriate
•    Collaborate with team members and assist with fieldwork preparations
•    Engage with clients and partners, supporting coordination and communication with advisory groups and other external partners
•    Conduct surveys online using Alchemer, including skip logic
•    Track response rates and manage survey campaigns, including quality assurance surveys
•    Conduct literature reviews and support researchers by finding and downloading research articles
•    Partner with contractors on research-related tasks, such as sending recordings to transcription services and data collection protocols to translation services
•    Perform other related administrative duties as needed, including transcription, editing, proofing, formatting, note taking, and scheduling and travel support

What You Should Have:
•    Bachelor’s degree  
•    3+ years of project management experience
•    Excellent communication and collaborative skills  
•    Experience and comfort collaborating with professional colleagues and clients
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience with online survey software and applications desired 
•    Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Other Things to Know:
•    Remote position, greater Seattle area 
•    Occasional in-state and out-of-state travel
